In the state of Colorado it is mandatory for all employers to carry workers' compensation coverage.

How to apply:

  1. The following information is needed to obtain a quote:
    1. Number of Employees?
    2. Employees Annual Salary excluding Owners, Officers, Directors, and Partners?
    3. Federal Employee Identification Number (FEIN).)
    4. In Colorado, Owners and Corporate Officers owning 10% or more of the company can elect to be included or excluded from coverage. You should consult with a competent insurance professional to help make this determination.
