Group vs. Individual:

Although group and individual health insurance policies share many of the same policy provisions, there are many differences. For the individual, the contract is between the insurer and the covered person. For a group, the contract is between the insurer and the employer or sponsoring organization.

Application / Underwriting Procedures:

• Call Lisa Rogers at 303-357-2605 to set up an appointment.
• If you are a group you will need the ages of all your employees and their respective number of hours worked on a regular basis, referred to as a "census".
• Lisa will send you quotes based on your individual needs.
• Mak an appointment to complete the application paperwork.
• Then we await a decision from the underwriters if it's an Individual policy or a notification regarding the finalized rates if it's a group policy.
